A Green Spark is a young company lead by a select team of experienced business leaders. We are based in North Texas serving customers in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Tarrant counties and across the United States. We offer a range of renewable energy solutions, including wind, solar and geothermal to meet your going green needs.
Philosophy: Putting the customer first is paramount for us. The test of a job well done is when the customer tells friends and colleagues of their satisfaction and refers them to us. During the implementation of a renewable energy project, many steps are required to reach a successful conclusion. We offer the project management expertise to plan the steps, track progress, and coordinate activities of the various contributors we work with to get the job done. A professional understanding of what needs to be done helps us de-risk the project as much as possible, however when problems (we call them challenges) are encountered, we react quickly to determine and effect a solution. |

William (Bill) Hagenbuck: Hagenbuck is the founder and president of Project Binders, LLC which is the parent company for A Green Spark, a registered Texas DBA.
Prior to founding Project Binders, LLC and A Green Spark, Hagenbuck was a Senior Program Manager at EDS, an HP Company, where he held leadership roles in technology and process transformation projects for major global Fortune 500 accounts. Prior to EDS, he held leadership roles at Nortel Networks, where he was instrumental in new network implementation projects both nationally and internationally for similar major Fortune 500 accounts. He also has a background in product development and testing.

Robert (Bob) Lynch: Lynch is the Sales VP of A Green Spark.
Prior to helping found A Green Spark, Lynch founded a successful residential elevator company in North Texas. He also invented a solution to convert diesel engines to natural gas, is a Certified Energy Engineer and member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. Earlier in his career Lynch operated a successful business offering tax exempt leasing services to schools and municipal governments and brings this valuable experience to the A Green Spark team.
